Curriculum

3-5 Years Old

Songs, video, arts & crafts, and books are used in a group setting to introduce hiragana, counting as well as basic expressions.

6 years old & up

Hiragana, katakana, kanji are introduced progressively.

Understanding kanji stroke order and readings are also covered.

Upper level students are encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of Japan and to discuss their Japan-related interests.

Hanabi Class.
7 years old & up

New since April, 2017.

Reading, writing and comprehension, hiragana, katakana and some kanji.

The students learn through various activities focusing on conversation.

One year curriculum is spread over two years.

Adult (13 years old & up)

Classes are divided in 5 classes ranking from beginner (never been introduced to the language) to advance.

Hiragana, katakana, kanji are introduced progressively.

Understanding kanji stroke order and readings are also covered.

Upper level students are encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of Japan and to discuss their Japan-related interests.

You will have a chance to take a peek at some typical japanese traditional events.
